Our beef comes from registered Dexter cattle that are raised on pasture and finished on a 100% grass-fed diet, never grain-fed. This produces beef with exceptional flavor, rich marbling for grass-fed beef, and a clean, natural taste.

Because Dexter cattle are a heritage breed, they are naturally smaller than most commercial beef breeds. As a result, our steaks and roasts are slightly smaller than what you may find at a grocery store, making them a great choice for individuals, couples, and smaller families while still delivering outstanding quality and flavor.
